Send a request to the custodian for the specific product. The Hall of Justice in Kelso contains the Sheriff public counter and both county court contacts, but those offices do not share one combined criminal-record file.

  • Police reports: contact the law enforcement agency that wrote the report. Kelso Police, Woodland Police, and other city agencies maintain their own channels even when a booking appears in the Cowlitz County jail.
